Shipping Policy

All orders will be process immediately and ready to ship or pick up within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive email notification when your order is confirmed, has shipped or ready for in-store pick up/curb side pick up.

Enjoy More - Flat Rate per Shipment

We are bike lovers as you do. We believe the style and colour of a bike can represent oneself's character and sense of outstanding. We are the first fixie bike shop in Canada that offers Flat Rate per Shipment, allows you to enjoy more of "building your own style".

Our current flat rate per shipment: CAD15
(This includes all items in our store except complete bikes)

Bike Shipment Rate

Nothing is better to have a professional fixie coach and engineer to help you set up your bike. We strongly recommend you to pick up your bike at our store, so we can tune your bike to best fit you.

However, we understand that you may be far away. You may also choose to ship the bike to your home / office. Delivery times are usually 2-4 days (Ontario) & (Québec), 5-10 days (Other provinces in Canada, except YT, NT, NU, which may take up to 20 days). Delivery time may differ during holiday seasons and depends on the carrier.

The shipping rate of your bike depends on your location, you will see the shipping rate at checkout.

Curbside pickup

(When In-store pickup is not available due to government policy)

We offer in-store pickup for all orders. However, in the event that due to COVID and government policy that may affect in-store pickup, we will offer curbside pickup for your safety and convenience.

You have the option to save the shipping cost by selecting local pickup in person at the following location. Simply pick your selected items into the shopping cart, select local pickup at checkout, your order will be process and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will email you notification when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

If you need your bike very urgent and assembled, give us a call or message, we will try our best to suit your needs (extra cost may apply).

If you're living in any of the three Northern territories of Canada, we do offer shipping with semi-assemble, too. However, please contact us first so that we can calculate the best shipping rate for you. These territories include:

• Northwest Territories (NT)
• Nunavut (NU)
• Yukon (YT)

We also ship to the USA and Mexico. Import tax for US shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you're interested in placing an order for these destinations, please contact us first, so we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
