Refund and Refund Policy of xFixxi Bikes and Accessories

 

Return: 
Must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be in original condition—unbuilt, unused, and in the original packaging.

 

Returns Before Shipping : 
You may cancel your order or request a refund before the product is shipped. A processing fee of 5–10% will apply, depending on the payment method.

 

Order Cancellation After Shipping : 
A 5–10% processing fee will apply depending on the payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Defective Products: 
Report defects within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
We will assess the item to confirm if it qualifies as defective before processing an exchange or refund.

 

Failed Deliveries: 
For incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, or missed deliveries, an additional fee of $20–40 will be charged to cover extra courier surcharge costs.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: 

  1. Final sale/clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  2. Used, assembled, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

 

Return Shipping:

  1. Condition Matters: Products that are used, assembled, or damaged (including damage from poor re-packaging) are not eligible for return or refund.
  2. Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. Incorrect Orders: If we send the wrong size or color, please notify us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Refunds:
Issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing takes up to 7 business days.
