Refund Policy of xFixxi Bikes and Accessories

We provide a 7-day return policy. Returned items must be in the same condition as received with the original packaging. XFIXXI reserves the right to refuse returns due to personal reasons, improper installation, negligence, and average wear due to usage. A restocking fee of 20% may apply for non-defective bike returns. To keep prices competitive, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless authorized by XFIXXI Bikes Inc.

For defective returns, please contact us at info@xfixxi.ca for confirmation before returning any items. Once the return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: All final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept refunds before products are shipped, but a processing fee of 5-10% may apply depending on the payment method.
