Refund and Refund Policy of xFixxi Bikes and Accessories

Return: 

  1. Must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Items must be unbuilt, unused, and in original packaging.
  3. All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Returns Before Shipping : 

  1.  Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a refund.
  2.  A 5–10% processing fee will apply, depending on the payment method.

 Order Cancellation After Shipping : 

  1. A 20% restocking fee applies to all bike returns. This covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

  2. A 5–10% processing fee may apply depending on the original payment method. This reflects non-refundable transaction costs charged by payment providers.

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5.  If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong size, color, or product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  6. To maintain competitive pricing in the market, we are unable to absorb return shipping or restocking costs unless the issue is confirmed to be on our end.

Defective Products: 

  1. Report any defect within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We will assess the item to confirm if it qualifies as defective before processing an exchange, store credit, or refund.

 Failed Deliveries: 

  1. For incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, or missed deliveries,  a $20–40 courier fee may apply.
  2. All bikes require signature upon delivery. If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, and the bike is returned to us, the customer must cover the round-trip and reshipping costs.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: 

  1. Final sale/clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable or exchangeable
  2. Used, assembled, or damaged items (including from poor repackaging) are not eligible for return.

 Return Shipping:

  1. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we made an error in your order.
  2. If we shipped the wrong item, size, or color, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. Processing takes up to 7 business days.
