Refund Policy of xFixxi Bikes and Accessories
We provide a 7-day return policy. You will have 7 days to request for a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not assembled (bikes), unopened and/or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
xFixxi reserves the right to refuse returns due to improper installation, negligence, and average wear due to usage. A restocking fee of 20% may apply and deducted on your refund for bikes return. Used bikes are non-refundable.
To keep prices competitive, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Although our factories and us have very high standard of Quality Control workflows, items might still have a chance of imperfection or inaccuracy during shipments and preparation of the Canadian shipments. In the event that an item that does not match with your order was delivered to you, or there is any quality issue, xFixxi Bikes Inc. will bear the return shipping charge, when you have communicated the issue with us within 7 days after you have received your items.
How to Start A Return
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items purchased. We will reply to return request within 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues
Although the quality of our bikes and accessories are very high and had passed very strict quality control, in very rare occasions, there might be damages due to shipping or other reasons. Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon shipment arrival.
If there is any issue with the item(s) you've received, or if you've received a wrong item, contact us within 24 hours after you've received your item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you in the minimum of time.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All used bikes, final sale items and gift card purchases are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
We understand that sometimes you might want a different colour or style, in general, you are responsible for the shipping cost of item exchanges. You may contact us first to make your exchange smooth.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a new separate purchase for the item you wanted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. When a refund is approved, the refund after any applicable deductions will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
