XFIXXI Holiday Closure: Important Dates and Special Store Credit Offer

As we approach the holiday season, we would like to keep you informed of our upcoming holiday closure schedule and a special store credit offer available during this period. Please review the details below so you can plan your orders accordingly.

Holiday Closure

• Date: December 20, 2025 – January 7, 2026
• Arrangement: Warehouse operations will be paused during the Holiday Closure period.

Order Fulfillment

• Date: Orders placed December 20, 2025 – January 7, 2026
• Arrangement: Orders will begin shipping on January 8, 2026.

10% Store Credit

• Date: Orders placed December 20, 2025 – January 7, 2026
• Arrangement: Eligible orders will receive a 10% store credit based on the pre-tax order amount. Store credit will be issued when the order ships and can be used from January 8 – March 31, 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Holiday Closure will take place from December 20, 2025 to January 7, 2026 (“Holiday Closure Period”).
2. Orders placed during the Holiday Closure Period will begin fulfillment and shipping on January 8, 2026.
3. Eligible orders placed during the Holiday Closure Period will receive a 10% store credit based on the pre-tax order subtotal.
4. Store credit will be issued when the order is shipped.
5. Store credit must be applied before calculating taxes.
6. Store credit cannot be used toward shipping fees.
7. Store credit is valid for one-time use only; any remaining balance will be forfeited.
8. Store credit can be redeemed between January 8 and March 31, 2026.
9. Only one store credit can be used per order.
10. In the case of a refund, the credited value will be returned to the same store credit (within its validity period).
11. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Orders placed during the Holiday Closure Period follow the store’s standard return and exchange policy unless otherwise stated.
13. The store reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
14. The amount of the store credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
